San Diego's City Government has defined 13 minutes as benchmark.
For this case, we used the SuitAbility Tool to identify which areas of the city of San Diego, USA were not covered by ambulances and hospitals. That is, in which areas the emergency points and the ambulances stations were more than 13 minutes away, which is the limit time established by San Diego's Government.
The map shows, highlighted in red and orange, in which areas where the amenities mentioned above do not meet the established arrival time during peak hours. You can also see, highlighted in green, the areas where a person can have access to a hospital or ambulance in 13 minutes or less.
