The Suitability tool made it possible to analyze the urban environment in 384 cities in México in regards of access to basic services.

In the example below, were identified the blocks with water and public lighting infrastructure deficiencies in Abasolo, Nuevo León, México.

The figure allows to visualize in highlighted in red and orange, the areas that present a deficiency of water and public lighting infrastructure.

The highest concentration of these color can be observed at the north of the city, which translates into the paucity of this type of basic infrastructure in the area. We can also see the contrast between the north part and the center of the city, where the latter presents, highlighted in dark green, the highest scores of services provision (ranging from 80 to 100).
